An important aspect of the Company's commercialization strategy is to form strategic alliances with both United States-based and international academic medical centers which can provide key opinion leaders to assist in clinical validation of the technology. Formal Phase Ib MPC clinical trials have been completed in Australia's Newcastle University, and Phase II clinical trials are underway in the United States in collaboration with Texas Heart, Minneapolis Heart Institute and other centers of excellence for Cardiovascular disease.
