| Carter Eckert |

From 2003 to 2004 Mr. Eckert was Chairman and CEO of Impath Inc, which was acquired by Genzyme Corporation. Between 1995-2001 Mr. Eckert served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Knoll Pharmaceuticals and President of the Americas for Knoll's parent company, BASF Pharma, culminating in the March 2001 sale of BASF's Pharmaceuticals Division to Abbott Laboratories for $6.9 billion. Mr. Eckert also held senior executive positions at Boots Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Baxter Travenol Laboratories, Inc. Mr. Eckert served on the Board of Directors of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturing Association of America (PhRMA).
Mr. Eckert currently serves on the board of Anesiva, Inc. He is the former Chairman of the Board of AlgoRx, Inc. and is a former director of Impath, Inc., Andrx, Inc., Orasure Technologies Inc., and Boron Lepore, Inc. |

| Robert E. Campbell |

Robert E. Campbell, is a retired Vice Chairman of The Board of Directors of Johnson & Johnson where he also was Chairman of the Professional Sector Worldwide. Campbell joined J&J in 1955 and later served as an Air Force officer for three years, rejoining the Company in 1959. During his career he held numerous positions in financial and general management including Treasurer, Vice President Finance, and Executive Committee Member.
Campbell is Chairman of the Director's Advisory Council of The Cancer Institute of New Jersey and a Trustee and past Chairman of the Board of The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. He is a member of the Advisory Council for the College of Science of the University of Notre Dame and is a member of the Board of Parker Memorial Home, The NJN Foundation, and an Overseer of The Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He is also past Chairman and current Trustee Emeritus of the Board of Trustees of Fordham University.
A graduate of Fordham University, Mr. Campbell earned a MBA degree at Rutgers University. He is also the recipient of honorary doctorate degrees from Fordham University and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. |
